This was the second time we used Allgood for our flooring needs. First time was flor laminate flooring and now we used them yesterday for re-carpeting our home. As it was the first time, the service, communication, ease of doing business and most importantly the end result was more than we could ask for. The Allgood crew is my go-to any flooring needs. I've had hardwood floors installed twice over three years, first my downstairs and then three months ago, my upstairs. They exceeded my expectations as I had some special requirements that were not a problem! I needed carpeting installed on two stairways, hallway, and bedroom. AllGood came through again! First, I received excellent assistance in picking out the proper carpeting for my requirements. Next, the installation was fast and professional, including the moving of furniture in the bedroom. Finally, follow-up by the staff was excellent. I have had two wonderful experiences with Allgood Floors. They have installed LVP in two condos for me. Amber and the All Good Floors staff we dealt with did a great job helping us make our flooring project a success. This was our first time replacing flooring. We really had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was patient and willing to take the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything.

They went above and beyond when they accommodated our request to complete the job in two parts after we discovered that our backdoor was damaged needed to be replaced. They installed the carpet upstairs as scheduled and came back a few days after the door was replaced to install the flooring downstairs.

Most importantly they did a great job installing the carpet and the floors, and everything looks awesome!

We had floors and carpet installed with them at several of our properties over time and they did an excellent job! Also very friendly staff and they provide free estimates for your project. I recently purchased a home and the floors looked really worn down. As this is my first home I was clueless about the process of re-finishing the existing floors vs. putting in new ones, so I asked around and was referred to All Good Flooring.

Amber walked me through the process of re-finishing the floors and scheduled an appointment for Rick to come see the house to give an estimate. They both spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the process and what to expect. The estimate was very detailed and once I received Amber was very helpful in making sure I was aware of what my options were.

I originally was going to pull the laminate floors in the kitchen and install new pine down to match the rest of the house. When the laminate floors were pulled Rick called me and said the original pine was under it and I could use it and save a lot of money by not installing the new pine. He walked me through the the benefits of keeping the originals vs. putting down new floors, but never pressured me one way or the other. I feel that other companies would have just installed the new floors as they would make more money. Rick also called several times during the job to give me updates.

Once the job was finished the floors looked amazing. I have heard pine is a difficult wood to restore, but the guys at All Good Flooring did an amazing job. Also the final invoice was extremely close to the original estimate minus the return of the new pine that was not used. Again Amber and Rick provided excellent customer service making sure I was happy with the work.

I was very happy with All Good Floors! They were very quick to get me an estimate and gave me a very fair price, so I chose them. They got the work done quickly and did a great job. I goofed and forgot to turn the power back on after my renter moved out, so they weren't able to get the work done on the original day that we planned, but they got it done the very next day for me, after I got the power on. They did a beautiful job. It was a very easy and smooth transaction and I'm very pleased with the job they did! I would choose them again.

I recently had my entire house flooring installed by Allgood Floors, and they did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price - I got 4 different quotes before choosing Allgood. Amber, their sales associate and customer service was amazing! She is the main reason I chose Allgood since she almost always answers the phone and also replies to emails promptly. She is personable and helpful - she made the experience very positive from the moment I walked into the store to select floors and finalize my order. The oak floors upstairs are beautiful, and Mario let me see different stains to pick out the right one and even custom mixed the color that turned out to be gorgeous! They installed carpet on my steps and then a laminate downstairs. All trim work and finishing was professional. I can't recommend this local business enough to anyone wanting quality flooring put in at a great price. Another company said they couldn't match their price on oak floors, even though other prices were competitive for carpet and laminate.
